Thank you for shopping with Little Readers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery orders). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details, if applicable.

3. Shipping Time

We offer standard delivery across Pakistan with an estimated shipping time of 3 to 5 business days, starting from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that total delivery time = order processing time (2 business days) + shipping time (3 to 5 business days). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are subject to courier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,500.
  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 1,500.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking information (where available) so you can follow your shipment's progress.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and other contact details are accurate at checkout. Little Readers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
